Talk to the people who run the servers
Tell us what your library needs and we reply by email with a quote and a realistic timeline — no call required first.

Ways to reach us
Pick whichever suits you
All three reach the same team. Nothing goes to a queue somebody else answers.
Already know what you need?
These pages answer first, and quote faster
Each one ends with the same form, already scoped to that service — so the reply arrives with fewer questions attached.
Looking for the hosted catalog itself? Koha Cloud has its own site. Already a customer with something broken? Reply to any email from us and it reaches the same people.

Tell us what you need
A couple of sentences is enough. Include what you run today and roughly how large the collection is, and the first reply can be a quote rather than a question.
FAQ
Before you write
How quickly do you reply?
By email, in one working day, from a person who has read what you sent. If your message describes a system that is down rather than a project you are planning, say so in the first line and it moves to the front of the queue.
Do I have to get on a call first?
No. Most engagements start and finish over email, and we would rather send you a written scope you can forward to a committee than talk you through one. If a call is useful we will suggest it — it is never a condition of getting a quote.
Can you help if our Koha was set up by somebody else?
Yes, and it is a common way to start. We take over existing installations — including ones nobody has documented and ones several versions behind — audit what is there, and tell you what we found before proposing anything.
