Our team
The people behind Koha Solutions
The same team builds the platform, runs the servers, migrates your catalog and answers when you need help.

How we work
No reseller, no hand-offs
A library that hands us its catalog should know exactly who is looking after it.
The builders are the support
Nothing is escalated to a vendor we do not control. The people who wrote the platform are the people who answer when something needs fixing.
One team across every product
Koha Cloud, Koha Certificate and custom websites are run by the same people, so a question never falls between two departments.
Working with libraries anywhere
We work remotely with libraries in any country, language or script — a catalog in a right-to-left language is a normal project, not a special one.
Who you will be talking to
Meet the team
The people leading the work — and the people you will hear from.

Dr. Ahsan Ullah
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
PhD in Information Management / Postdoc Fellowship from IIUI. Leads the vision behind bringing Koha online, with advanced features like an AI-powered chatbot and AI search.

Babar Junaid
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Leads engineering behind the online version of Koha, building advanced features like an AI-powered chatbot and AI search on top of it.
What the team covers
Everything between your library and a working catalog
Each of these is done by the same people — which is why nothing gets lost between them.
Platform engineering
Building Koha Cloud itself — cataloging, circulation, the public catalog and the AI cataloging assistant.
Hosting and operations
Servers, backups, security patches and upgrades, so no library has to hire someone to run them.
Migration and data
Moving catalogs in from spreadsheets, other library systems or an existing Koha, and checking the records on the way.
Training
Koha Certificate — hands-on training for librarians on a live library system, not slides.
Custom websites
Institutional websites and department portals, built and maintained by the same team that runs the library system.
Support
Answering the questions libraries actually have once they are live, from notices that do not send to reports.
