How it works
Three steps, and nothing changes at your desk
You keep issuing books the way you do now. We look after the online catalogue.
Send us your book list
An Excel or CSV file, an export from SLiMS or another system, or MARC records. If your books are only in a register, we work from a typed list of it. We check the list, tidy what we can, and tell you about anything we could not read.
Your catalogue goes online
Your books are published as a searchable catalogue on its own web address, with your library’s name and logo. Patrons search by title, author or subject, use advanced search, search across your branches, or simply ask in plain words with AI search.
We refresh it every 3 or 6 months
When you have added books, send us your updated list. We refresh the catalogue: new books are added and changed ones updated, without duplicates. The refresh is included in the price.

What libraries ask first
Do we have to stop using our current library system?
No. You keep working exactly as you do now, in SLiMS, a spreadsheet or a paper register. We only put a copy of your book list online so patrons can search it. Nothing changes at your issue desk.
What can we send you our book list in?
An Excel or CSV file, an export from SLiMS or another library system, or MARC records. If your books are only in a paper register, we can work from scans or photos of it, typed into a list first; ask us about the size.
How do new books get added to the online catalogue?
Every 3 or 6 months you send us your updated list and we refresh the catalogue: new books are added and changed ones updated, without duplicates. The refresh is included in the price.
How much does it cost?
The Online Catalogue plan is $10 a month, or $100 a year, for up to 5,000 titles and 10,000 copies. It includes hosting, the searchable catalogue with advanced and AI search, search across your branches, loading your list, and the refresh every 3 or 6 months.
Can we move to the full library system later?
Yes. Your catalogue is already in Koha Cloud, so moving to the Basic plan, with circulation, patrons and acquisitions, needs no second data migration. We switch the modules on and train your staff.
