Enrollment Opens for the Certificate in Koha Cloud, Starting 1 September 2026

Places are now open for the Koha training batch beginning 1 September 2026 — marked assignments, live sessions and hands-on practice on a real librarian dashboard.

Enrollment is now open for the next Certificate in Koha Cloud batch, which begins on 1 September 2026. The course runs online and is open to libraries anywhere.

The short version of what makes it different: the work is assessed rather than watched. Assignments are submitted and marked inside your own trainee account, and the practice happens on a live librarian dashboard against a real catalog — so you finish having actually cataloged, lent, recalled and reported on real records, not having seen it done.

The syllabus runs the full length of the system rather than the easy screens: cataloging and MARC21, authorities and frameworks, circulation and its rules, patrons, holds and transfers, fines, acquisitions, serials, Z39.50 copy cataloging, notices and scheduled jobs, reports — and the public catalog end to end, including the branding, navigation and page content that libraries are so often left unable to change themselves.

Places are limited, because marked work and dashboard time do not scale the way a recorded video does.
