Case studies
Koha case studies: libraries we have launched
Installs, migrations, hosted catalogs and websites we have actually delivered — with real numbers and, where a client has agreed, their name and a live link you can open right now.

Every project
Filter by the kind of work
Most of our projects are Koha Cloud tenants — their full story lives on myopac.com, and the card links straight to the live study.
How we work
The same four steps on every project
A library our size, a five-branch university, a spreadsheet catalog — the shape of the work stays the same.
- 1
Assess
We look at what you have — a spreadsheet, another ILS, an existing Koha — and what you need.
- 2
Quote
Sized to your library: collection size, branches, and what you want beyond the catalog.
- 3
Deliver
Migrate, install or build, on a timeline we tell you up front rather than promise and miss.
- 4
Hand over & support
You get a working library and a way to reach us — hosted by us or on your own server.
Questions
What libraries ask before they say yes
Why aren’t all your clients named?
We only publish a library’s name, logo or a quote with their written permission. Some libraries are happy to be named; others prefer we describe the project without naming them. Both are honoured the same way — we never assume consent, and a library can withdraw it at any time.
Can I speak to one of these libraries?
Ask us and we will check with a library that has agreed to take reference calls. We do not share a library’s contact details without asking them first, each time.
Have you done a library our size?
Tell us your collection size, number of branches and patron count and we will point you to the closest match we can share, or describe one we cannot name. If nothing close exists yet, we will say so rather than stretch a comparison.
What if our data is in spreadsheets or another ILS?
Both are routine. A spreadsheet catalog becomes structured records during migration; a move from another ILS (or from Koha itself, hosted elsewhere) is a data migration with a validated, reconciled record count and a documented exception list — never a promise of zero data loss, because no honest migration can promise that.
Who owns our data afterwards?
You do. It is your catalog, your patron records and your circulation history, and you can export them at any time. Hosting your library with us does not change who owns what is in it.

Tell us about your library
We will size a quote to your collection and, if you'd like, put you in touch with a library we've already worked with.
